Bardo Meditation
Preparation for death

Technique
At death, according to your skills, you will be able to transfer yourself to realms of radiant light into an APPARITIONAL existence, into a higher dimension or, at least, into a desirable incarnation. If you become successful in mastering this yoga, you can transfer your consciousness through an aperture which can be opened in the crown of the head at the sagittal suture where the two parietal bones come together or, if less skilful, from various parts of the body (where mouth, anus and penis are the least desirable).

1. This Yoga becomes a Sadhana in which a certain deity (Buddha|Yeshua|Virgin Mary|etc.) is visualized above the head, psychic force is gathered from the chakras and forced upwards through the median psychic channel (Sushumna|Shekel) and driven to the top of the head. This channel is contained in (or runs parallel to) the hollow of the spinal column and is connected with the other channels of the chakras situated at the base of the spine, at the centre of the sex organs, at the navel area, heart, throat and forehead, top of the head.

2. The psychic force, starting as moon fluid or transmuting sex force meets and blends with a force generated in the head. The result of this UNION is BLISS which, like heavenly ambrosia|nectar, feed all parts of your psychic body (Ka) from head to toes. It coalesces in the form of a fluffy ball about the size of a pea and can be made to ascend and descend rapidly time after time. By this daily practice, the aperture in your crown can be opened.

3. Once the skill has been acquired, the consciousness can be transferred anywhere, at any time you choose.

Death is made up of three stages: dying, death, after death. Buddhists believe when a person dies, he spends 49 days in the INTERMEDIATE state until rebirth; during that time he will encounter many thought forms emanating from his own consciousness which will have the appearence of the wrathful deities. If the 5 wrathful deities (sensual mental images coming from the 5 senses) rise in your head, recognize them as a mental creation and perceive them as intrinsically coming from the VOID|ALL. At this point, you must identify your body, speech and mind with the DIVINE and remember that the human body is made of 5 aggregates (form, feeling, discrimination, impulse and consciousness), so your real self is beyond all that.
Thanks to your practice of this Yoga, you will be able to recognize the ALL|ULTIMATE SOURCE. Your knowledge and familiarity with the subject, will help disperse the fear of them (they represent your Kleshas and Karmic accretions).

The MASTER ANTIDOTE is to understand that only MIND is real, and mind is PURE.
We must die with the image of radiant shining pure light in the first steps of death. In the first BARDO STAGE, dawns the Clear Light of the VOID|ALL. If you, at the moment of dying, cling to it instead of cowering from it in terror, you will IMMEDIATELY attain Liberation.
It may happen that even during the last stages, before Enlightenment, you can feel separate from the ALL; you must know that in profound meditation, the sense of separation will vanish.

Daily practice in the ART OF DYING is Vital.

Of the many paths to Liberation, none can be loftier than others,
they are simply longer or shorter, more or less direct.
